Contracts Manager

The position will include Managing a Site Team, Programme, Planning Design. Client Facing, Working closely with the Commercial Team, Pre Construction input, etc and reporting into a Construction Director.

Candidates will have a stable, proven track record in Main Contracting and have delivered projects of a similar size & type before.
