The role will include leading the consultant design team developing design solutions, including decant strategies, construction methodology and programmes. Excellent understanding of Value Engineering, working closely with the Pre Construction and Delivery Teams, BIM knowledge, etc.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record with Main Contracting or Residential Developers.
