Do you have any friends, colleagues, contacts or acquaintances who could be making use of our services? If you know of someone who may appreciate a call from one of our consultants we will reward you with hard cash!
If they take up one of our permanent position you'll get £300. If they take on a contract booking, you'll receive £150
Our staff are trained to approach people in a professional and discreet manner, so we don’t have to let the candidate know who referred them. Just remember that even if someone appears to be blissfully happy in their position, it may be that we have an even better position to tempt them with!
Conditions:
The person(s) you recommend must not be
already registered with Grosvenor Maxwell Ltd. There is no
limit to the amount of people that you can refer. Before any
money becomes payable to you, any permanent referral(s) that we
find a position for must complete their 3 month probation
period. Contract staff must work 200 hours on a single or
concurrent assignment(s).
